The Moscow International Business Centre (MIBC or “Moscow City”) is an enormous multi-billion dollar project in the Presnenskaya Embankment area in the heart of Moscow’s Kremlin. The MIBC plan started in 1992 with the will to convert the old urban area of Presnenskaya, with its factories and industrial complexes, into a world class business complex. The project covers a square kilometer of land and incorporates all the elements for work and lifestyle.

A new tower project has been revealed Tuesday June 24 in New York. This high-tech tower that be built in Dubai and Moscow will allow the people living in it to modify the orientation of their apartments, in order to change the view. This will allow them to follow the sun or see the whole city while they're eating. The project has been designed by the Italian architect David Fisher. In Dubai, it will have 80 floors made out of prebuilt modules that will have the ability to rotate around a vertical axis. It should be ready for 2010. The skyscraper from Moscow will "only" have 70 floors, but will work with the same principle.
