Nakheel and the Trump Organisation will sell the most expensive penthouse in Dubai. The super-rich Donald J. Trump reserved a residence at Palm Jumeirah's center. The two companies are "set to break property records in Dubai after receiving bids for an exclusive penthouse in Trump International Hotel & Tower on Palm Jumeirah". The Trump International Hotel & Tower is one of the most awaited new buildings in Dubai, it is the first on Trump builds in the region.  It should become another landmark of Dubai's skyline, and it will contain the most coveted and expensive penthouse in Dubai. Pre-sales of some properties have sold for as much as $3'000 per square foot. Sales started on June 23, 2008.
