Moscow City: Russia’s gate to success
The Moscow International Business Centre (MIBC or “Moscow City”) is an enormous multi-billion dollar project in the Presnenskaya Embankment area in the heart of Moscow’s Kremlin.
The MIBC plan started in 1992 with the will to convert the old urban area of Presnenskaya, with its factories and industrial complexes, into a world class business complex. The project covers a square kilometer of land and incorporates all the elements for work and lifestyle.
It is said the MIBC is the largest investment and construction project in Europe at the moment. The project is estimated to cost more than $12 billion, and it should be completed by 2010.
Any business serious about success in Russia will be represented in Moscow City.
There will be a new City Hall that will be over 300 metres high. Businesses will occupy 5 million square meters of “grade A” office space.

I'll be visiting Moscow in September. How can I find out more about the progress of MIBC? How near completion will it be by September?
Can you provide me with any other information/links?
